Ranging from urban to suburban to resort locations, branded to independent, and luxury full service to select service, we have managed a wide variety of hotels. We have owned and operated independent hotels at the 5, 4 and 3 star level and nearly every brand, including Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham and IHG.

Josh Keller
Managing Partner/CEO
Josh Keller is Managing Partner and CEO of Blue Canyon Hospitality. Mr. Keller was President of Hotel Operations for Wolff Urban Development, overseeing the portfolio's Marriott, Starwood and independent properties and served as General Manager of the Westin San Jose. Prior to Wolff Urban, he served as President and COO of Hawkins Way Capital, overseeing a portfolio of hotel, multifamily and student housing properties in major urban markets across the U.S.
Mr. Keller was the Chief Operating Officer of Woodside Hotels for 10 years, a collection of luxury hotels and resorts, where he was responsible for all aspects of hotel, restaurant and spa management from operations to marketing, sales and revenue management, risk management and human resources. During his tenure, 6 of 7 hotels in the portfolio were rated #1 on TripAdvisor.com in their markets, including the top-rated hotel in San Francisco and Monterey, CA.
Mr. Keller’s prior experience was as a Principal with Page Mill Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, and he co-founded two start-up companies in technology and consumer packaged goods. Prior to that, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group focusing on strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Keller received a B.A. from Stanford University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors and Distinction, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar.
Adam Keller
Managing Partner
Adam Keller is Managing Partner of Blue Canyon Hospitality. During his 25 year career in hospitality, he has negotiated and completed over $400 million in property transactions, over $400 million in equity and debt financing, and overseen operations for more than 2,500 rooms in multiple branded and independent hotels across the United States. Mr. Keller is a Partner of Wolff Urban Development where for the past 15 years he is responsible for the development, acquisition, disposition, renovation, financing, asset management, and property management for owned hotel assets.
Prior to Wolff Urban, Mr. Keller’s extensive background included turnarounds, start-up ventures, Internet and bricks-and-mortar retailing, and full-service consumer businesses. Mr. Keller oversaw the business activities of Grill Concepts, Inc., a NASDAQ listed nationwide restaurant chain, helping the company improve its operations and expand its successful Daily Grill restaurant concept into hotel locations. He was also a consultant at Bain & Company, and prior to that was a founding Director of Operations for the fastest-ever growing division of Price Club (now Costco). Mr. Keller co-founded the largest venture capital-funded internet commerce business in New Zealand and was a key executive in a start-up retail venture involving the U.S. Postal Service, Goldman Sachs, and EDS.
Mr. Keller received a B.A. from Harvard University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar.
